Please arrive about 10 minutes early for your first appointment with us so that you have time to fill out our new patient form. You can also fill out our new patient form prior to your appointment and save yourself some time.

To being your appointment, your dentist will discuss your medical history and oral health needs with you. They will thoroughly examine your gums, teeth, bite and jaws. This exam may include a series of digital x-rays and oral cancer screening.
Based on your medical history and the initial exam, your dentist will develop a comprehensive dental treatment plan for you. They will also take the time to answer your questions about your dental health and treatment options, as well as financing and insurance.
